well, 3 shows in a row... 6 down & one to go!

Madison was weird tonight. Barrymore Theatre is really an old movie theatre... really. seats all the way to the front on the stage leaving very little room fer the *pit*... so, as one can imagine, it got very out-of-control fast upfront! kids were launching themselves from the seats into the pit... i was up there next to Sara Lee & The Great Hoodoo... but bolted during Lunchbox cuz it was gettin' fairly nasty up there...

show was pretty good... realized they were video taping it too... (Phoenix said they did this last night in Chicago too... i didn't notice then)... also they're going with the *full* stage production... minus the backdrop tonight.

no major incidents to report (breaking basses, throwing mics, etc.)...

spent some time w/NY Loose (again)... now i'm on a first name basis with them (wow, really?)... but they're a fun band to be around.

spent considerable time talking to Ginger after the show (Sara Lee, Hoodoo, Phoenix & I)... literally NO ONE recognized nor realized who he was... 'cept us. even after Sara Lee took pix with him! he said he likes that... not being recognized as much. he told us some stories (Nothing Night, why he's not in the ACS CD, what all the stuff inside ACS means, etc) then he took off...

also: after the show, they played the *new* MM tune (from the Lynch movie) on the P.A. but i didn't hear much of it (Hoodoo did, tho)

overall, decent show... lots of young ones there tho looking to body surf... ugh.
