My friends and I were just about at the front of the line when we got there. There was a guy selling pictures of MM at Irving PLaza last year on the 3rd for $2 each and me being the if it's manson I gotta have it type of person I had to buy 2.They were really good quality.Mostly of Manson, some of twig and daisy. He said he had a photo pass for NY loose but he wasn't sure if he would be taking pictures of manson last night.I hope he did because the ones he had with him were really good. Then there was a man preaching about Jesus to everybody on line(this was closer to the opening as was the guy with the pics).People were burning the pamplets he was giving out in front of him and saying so many funny things. Then my friend was trying to get his bible out from under his arm but the guy wouldn't give it up.Then right before he left the front of the line he was screaming Jesus and as you would imagine,it was really funny.I didn't hear all of soundcheck but I did get to hear Minute of Decay and Cryptorchid.Damn,it sounded mighty fine. Then the guy is out and yelling at people to get against the wall and away from the street and eventually we get in.Yay.Then I get my disposable camera taken away.boooo.It's a good thing I didn't bring my tape recorder.I heard today that 92.3 K-Rock played the whole show on the radio last night and did something like a 2 hour interview with Mr.M.I'm gonna try to get my hands on this but if anyone tape the entire interview and show please let me know.
I thought that NY Loose was pretty good.I loved that expression the drummer had on his face.It was really funny.Sean Yseult was on hand and played a song with them.I thought that was really cool.I got one of the fortune cookies they threw out that said NY Loose on them but it got crushed and I decided I really didn't want it anyway so I threw it.It seemed to me like they played for like five minutes. It went so quick. But enough about them.

I haven't been to Roseland in over a year and it seemed to me like the barrier was a lot further from the stage.I wasn't to happy about that. And then we had to have this one dickhead crowd surf about 20 times before MM even came on.That really pissed me off along with the people behind me singing really stupid songs.Normally I wouldn't have let it get to me but I was so fucking anxious to see them.

OK here we go.Angel w/ the scabbed wings was first and I really liked Mr. Manson's entrance, even better than with the stilts. It's just my opinion so don't kill me.It was something about him slowly walking out from the back of the stage out of the smoke with his arms raised.I can't explain it.This stage set up was amazing.I thought that all the stage props and back drops fit perfectly at Roseland. The stage was exactly the right size.MWG's organ was very Interesting.Zim Zum seemed very into it to me.He didn't move around as at the beginning but as the show progressed he started to get really into it.It was amazing.Twiggy looked suave and was also really into the swing of things.Personally I liked Ginger's hair better B&W but it still looked good though. He had one little line of hair on each side of his head as well.Over all they all looked really into it.I don't remember the exact order of the songs but I know they played 18.Lunchbox,Misery Machine,C&S,GYG,Dogma from POAAF.All songs from ACS except for Wormboy, Mr. Superstar,Kinderfeld, and Deformography. And of course the SD "for the MTV crowd".I'm pretty sure that's right. My favorite song they played that night had to be Antichrist Superstar. The podium, the helmets, the flags, the suit everything was just unbelievable.I loved when he would hang over the podium and swing his arms and body. The blowing kisses was also just really wierd. Also if you read yelena's post about the arms going in the air during this song,it was exactly what the rev wanted to see and it just added to the song and made it so fucking amazing. The best part I thought about this song I thought was when I looked at pogo and I saw him yell something to Ginger and then he just started laughing really hard and jumping up and down really fast.It was the funniest thing the whole night.Right after ACS they played the beautiful people.Don't flame me for this.I just thought that when the rev would go to twig's side and he would like face Zim and shake his hips and move his arms really weird he would look like Michael Jackson. This idea also came into my head because he took the jacket off and was wearing the red shirt unbuttoned and he had the black pants still on.I thought right after this they were going to play thriller but of course they didn't.I also saw an exchange of words and little smiles between the rev and twiggy. The rev said "is that all new york as to offer" or something of that nature a few times. After being in this crowd all I think NY has to offer is mostly a bunch of assholes. But don't get me wrong, there was still a lot of really interesting people.Ooh,I almost forgot, someone said that Iggy Pop was at the show.I didn't see him myself so I really can't confirm this.First encore was C&S and I just can't remember the other song.I don't know why it escaped me.The second encore with man that you fear I think in a way is a great ending and a really shitty ending.Good beacuse it is one of my faves on ACS and it is kind of meant to be "the end" so why not play it at the end of the show.Somebody was thinking there. The flowers on the mic and the red paint on his arms looked really good with the strobe flashing every 8 seconds or so.Another good point was that the crowd kind of died down and was just kind of standing. It was a break from not being able to control which way your body was going. Some of those crowdsurfers we're really starting to piss me off that I either just letting other people pass them over me and just letting them fall on my head or I was punching them as hard as I could. The ended and wasn't able to get anything .My friend got a setlist. That fat shit!As for the entire show in a nutshell.Out of all times me and my friends have seen them this was by far the best show. And if I said amazing a lot that was beacause it was the best word to describe the show.
