Subject: 4/6 Normal IL = Terrible

I have to say this was the absolute worst Manson show I've ever been to. No one was told (in WI anyways ) that you had to buy lower level tickets to get on the floor. Sure it might seem obvious if you've been there before...but I got down there anyways 'cause I'm good like that. Anyways, they didn't play Deformography, the crowd sucked big time. They barely even moved, even to The Reflecting God!

I easily wormed my way up to the front rail with no resistance at all. Hardly anyone around where I was knew lyrics to anything but Sweet Dreams, The Beautiful People, & Tourniquet. Even the fucking bouncers were singing Sweet Dreams. Twiggy smiled at me 'cause I had my mouth shut for the whole song, heh heh. I think Manson was a little surprised that I knew the lyrics to The Suck for Your Solution & Apple Of Sodom 'cause he kinda looked at me funny. I could hear myself singing out loud on those two songs...that's not good (sigh) Although I did see a few of the people that are always in the fan pictures with the group. That's about the only positive thing.

The concert I went to in LaCrosse, WI the day before ( 4/5 ) was easily the best Manson concert I've been to. The people there didn't look like they walked in off the street, they were into every song. Which is the reason I think they cut the list short in IL, because of the lack of crowd participation. I can't even describe the atmosphere, it was just so fucking intense, I loved it. I'd pay large amounts of cash for a bootleg of the LaCrosse show.

OK, enough of my rantings, time for my ritalin =þ
