March 24 [18:00 EST] -- Marilyn Manson underwent surgery in Honolulu, Hawaii after Saturday night's concert, during which Manson apparently slipped on-stage and fell on a sharp object. Manson apparently gashed open an artery in the accident. Manson's manager called MTV News to stress that contrary to local press reports, Marilyn did not slash his wrists intentionally during the show. We're told Marilyn's recovering nicely, and the band will return to the road as planned on April 5 in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
