Well, after a 10 hour car ride through the mountains and the world's
largest cow pasture, we arrived in Nashville. After finding a place to
stay (which had the "world famous" gutiar shaped swimming pool inside) we
found our way to the venue. After walking around for a while i ran into the
Fuck Jesse Helms guy from the other NC shows(and he was nice enough to let us
jump to the front of the line with him). After a while the doors opened and
we were felt up by the security guards and then let in.
While we were waiting for manson to start a few people around me fell
asleep, and not wanting to be left out I followed suit. Of course this was
during Drill's set(as you can tell, i didn't like them that much). Then
finally, after 15 hours of driving and waiting, the lights dimmed for Manson.
The show was simply the best i've ever seen and heard. the sound was
perfect, they played the complete show(including an unbeleivable stage show
for Man that you Fear), and Manson seemed more in control of his temper.
Back during the first leg of the ACS tour he seemed a little outta control
at times(just ask Ginger), but at this show he was in complete control, and
he knew it. This is the first time outta 6 shows that Manson has not
completly trashed the stage, actually, he didn't even knock over anything or
attack any band members. Hopefully this show was not a fluke. Hopefully
when they come back to the east coast Manson will still be in control of his
temper, because if he can watch out, for that was the only thing that was
holding this band back from ruling the world(well, maybe not ruling the
world, but you get my point).
Oh yeah, and my appologies to all the spooks who were at the show. sorry
i never found you all, i looked, honestly i did, but unfortunatly i didn't
really know what i was looking for. oh well, i catch up with you at the next
show.
