Bead charms--Miharu and Yoite

This set is called "my other self" and was designed to be about the parallels and contrasts between them. I wanted to see how I could use basically the same materials two different ways to tell two different but so very similar stories.
I'm really happy with how these turned out.

Miharu: White and green are the shinrabanshou's signature colors: its light is green, but all its manifestations have silver hair or white fur, and the fairy herself appears as a silver-haired girl dressed in white.
Outer bead: opaque white lead crystal: reflective surfaces, hard edges, rejecting; it says don't involve me.
Second bead: carved round: such intricate plots and schemes, so much detail kept hidden, so much locked away under the surface; a lost past surrounded by death; this bead is made from bone.
Inner self: clear crystal quartz, the stone above all for psychic powers, paranormal abilities, the soul, the spirit.
Center: beautiful, clear, forest-green eyes.
Pendant: detail doesn't show, but it's a leaf bead, thinking of the vine manifestations of the hijutsu and also of the hopes for change that it embodies.

Yoite: Black, of course.
Outer bead: opaque black lead crystal: polished surface that reflects light away, sharp edges, rejection, withdrawal, a forbidding stance: it says don't touch me.
Second bead: simple matte black: what's under the sharp surface, deep black, no detail, absorbing everything in darkness and despair; a mysterious assassin; this bead is made from bone.
Inner self: again, pure crystal quartz; spirit, soul, hidden light.
Center: beautiful, clear, twilight-blue eyes.
Pendant: deep red lead crystal drop: so much shed blood...
